How do we find solace in a challenging world?
How do we remain hopeful so that we can go on nurturing connections at a time when to do so is both difficult and essential?
How do we care for body and soul, mind and emotions, and the connections to those we love and offer solace to when life seems fractured or overwhelming?
Each of us will need many strategies for navigating our paths as writers and through life at the moment. Paths through the forest is a short online course to assist with this.
For each of the 7 days there is an audio meditation for you to download plus daily content to provide inpsiration, journalling prompts, suggestions for contemplation and daily rituals (small tasks to build self care and kindness into your daily routine during this challenging time) and a full PDF with the content from the whole week.
We will move through our senses and our environment, focussing on intuition, listening, seeing, smelling, touching, tasting and ‘unselfing’, and taking inspiration from a different tree in the forest each day.
The course is designed to be a contribution to the urgent and crucial work of finding solace and hope so that we can go on nurturing connections both within and beyond ourselves.
It is a space to centre and recharge in the midst of whatever life is bringing you currently. You will find the course here.
I hope you will find paths through the forest enriching for your writing journey.
