Each of the 7 days day has new content to provide inpsiration, journalling prompts, suggestions for contemplation and ritual during this challenging time.
There is an audio meditation for you to download each day plus a mixture of written content, visual material, jouralling, writing prompts and daily rituals (small tasks to build self care and kindness into your daily routine) across the days. We will move through our senses and our environment, focussing on intuition, listening, seeing, smelling, touching, tasting and ‘unselfing’, and taking inspiration from a different tree in the forest each day. This space is a tiny contribution to the urgent and crucial work of finding solace and hope so that we can go on nurturing connections at a time when to do so is both difficult and essential; connections of body and soul, mind and emotions, connections to those we love and offer soalce to and to the whole of life in which we exist.
